The Queen’s College Lagos teacher, Olaseni Oshifala, who was accused of sexually molesting female students will walk free, because the panel set up by the ministry of education to investigate the sordid affair couldn’t find any evidence to indict him.
Oshifala was accused by the mother of JSS2 student of attempting to forcefully kiss and touch the private parts of the student. The mother had raised an alarm through a message she sent to a popular blog, which led to massive social media trend and a call for the prosecution of the said teacher.
According to the Minister of State for Education, Anthony Anwukah, the mother of the alleged victim refused to show up before the panel investigating the allegation. However, the Ministry of Education will take actions on the recommendations made by the panel.
The recommendations are yet to be known as the Minister didn’t make it public.
