Real news: Ivanka Trump confirms meeting with two escaped Chibok girls in White House

Following talks that the news of a meeting in the Oval Office was “fake news”, First daughter Ivanka Trump confirmed that she had met with two of the Chibok schoolgirls who escaped the clutches of Boko Haram in 2014 in the Oval Office, last week Wednesday.

Trump put up posts on both her personal Twitter and Instagram accounts, showing photos of her meeting with the girls alongside President Donald Trump.

Joy Bishara(20), and Lydia Pogu, (19), met with Trump and first daughter Ivanka Trump at the White House. The girls moved to the United States after their escape to complete school. The girls were able to attend boarding school in Virginia, with the help of a Christian nonprofit organization and others.

Bishara and Pogu transferred in their senior year and recently graduated from Canyonville Christian Academy. They will be attending Southeastern University in Florida in the fall.
