On 21 December 2011, close friends and families of Adenrele Sonariwo and Damilola Amolegbe gathered at the Civic Centre, Lagos; as they introduced their vision for the first solely Arts University in Nigeria – The Modern Day School of the Arts.

 They presented the “For the Love of Arts Fair”, which featured over 40 pieces of art work(s) from artists such as Mode Adenirokun, Agahome, Karo Akpokiere, TY Bello, Victor Ehikhamenor, Libran Eye Photography, just to name a few.

Thereafter, there was an entertainment night event aimed at promoting and creating the Arts Industry in Nigeria.
