A man has been apprehended by the police in Enugu State on suspicions of ritual killing after he allegedly buried a human skull at an uncompleted building site.

The suspect, one Emmanuel Chukwu, was reportedly spotted while he was burying the skull in the building still under construction.

Nigerian Eye reports:

Police spokesman Ebere Amaraizu said the command got information that the suspect buried a human skull at his building site and went there to find out.

He said the human skull was dug out and the suspect arrested.
