Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch is selling his Colorado estate for $1.675million

Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch has put up his three-acre horse farm in Colorado up for sale in order to move to more metropolitan Washington.

Gorsuch listed his five-bedroom, pale brick and shake shingle estate for $1.675 million. The 49-year-old judge served on the U.S. Court of Appeals based in neighboring Denver since 2006 and bought the Rocky Mountain mansion with his wife, Louise, in 2007 for about $1.03 million, according to reports.

The house though built in 1994 has  standard features of an upmarket home constructed in the last several decades, such as a kitchen island with a breakfast bar, a dual-sink master bath and large arched and bay-like windows. The interiors have hardwood floors, stained-wood molding and stone accents.

The more breathtaking features of the property are reported to be outside the main house. The property comes with a three-stall barn, paddocks and an orchard, and in the main house’s  gardens is a heated swimming pool beside a shady pergola.
