Rihanna has been able to leave behind one disaster in her life – she’s moved from her leaky Beverly Hills home into a new mansion in the Pacific Palisades.
The Barbadian singer just paid $12 million for an 11,000-square-foot home with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a luxury kitchen, according to TMZ. The real draw of the home is the elevated pool area, which comes complete with a spa, sundeck, barbecue and bar. There’s another sundeck on the top floor, and nearby is a separate 6,000-square-foot yard.
The home, which was built in 2010, has a tropical villa vibe and plenty of glass sliding doors leading outside – which also provide lots of natural light, according to the real estate website Trulia.
One thing is clear: She’s enjoying the new spread. She tweeted Tuesday: “I literally wake up every morning at 530 ish and stare at my pool til the sun comes up! Just waiting!
Hopefully, this real estate deal with work out better for RiRi. She sued over the Beverly Hills mansion she paid $6.9 million for, saying that it was uninhabitable due to leaks. She sold the home last December for only $5 million, according to TMZ.
