The ministerial nominees of Presidential Muhammadu Buhari, won’t be made public until Tuesday, October 6.
Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari and Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang, delivered the list in a sealed envelope to the office of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
Saraki, however decided to save the list for reading on the floor during the next plenary session.
“The Senate president received the ministerial list around 5:00pm this evening but no action would be taken on it until next week Tuesday. The envelope is still sealed,”
Although the envelope which contains the list remains sealed, the following 15 names are believed to be included in Buhari’s ministerial list.

Former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi
Former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi
Former Anambra State Governor, Chris Ngige
Former Senator, Udoma Udo Udoma
Erstwhile Governor of Abia State, Ogbonaya Onu
Former National Legal Adviser to the defunct Congress for Progressives Change, Malami Abubakar
Former governorship candidate of the APC in Taraba State, Aisha Alhassan
Special adviser to the Secretary-General of the United nations, Ban Ki-Moon, Amina Mohammed
Former finance commissioner in Ogun State, Kemi Adeosun.
Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Ibe Kachikwu
