Next year, according to the organisers, the Guinness Book of World Records will be on ground to verify, that this historic gathering is officially the world’s largest Christian concert today.
We don’t need the validation to be grateful for this deeply important Christian experience. And God doesn’t need crowds to be God, or a world records book to reign in majesty.
But as a cultural touchstone, this is one of those moments that make you proud. People of one persuasion in worship together… it is a priceless gift to treasure.
To pull it off for 11 years and to keep going even stronger everyday?
We have nothing but thanks to give to the people that God gave this vision. And we are already counting down, first to The African Praise Experience in June next year, and then to the mother of all worship concerts, again, in December 2017.
