Every day on the Nigerian internet, there are people who keep our eyes glued to our phone screens as we read their rants, opinions, perspectives on political and social matters, etc. Sometimes, they are just downright ridiculous. We make it our job to take down the names of these noisemakers.
Here’s our list from today:
1 Gidimeister
The news this week has been about Diezani Alison Madueke’s numerous thefts and court forfeitures. Gidimeister finds it most upsetting.
The really upsetting part about this DAM thing is not even the money they took (let's set that aside). It is the way it was spent. 1/

It's poverty of the mind and intellect. And it's so so sad.

EXACTLY. I hate stupid thieves.

Choi.
2 Pablo Escobar
Perhaps Diezani should have done as drug lord Escobar did? Brilliant way to spend resources, innit?
3. Ohimai Amaize
Ohimai gives a shout out to the rich and powerful to save this child’s life.
Nigerians help!
4. John Boyega
Game of Thrones has become the subject of another controversy- because someone thinks not enough diversity.

Go and create your own damn show and cast whomever tf you want to cast in it. Really. This is becoming silly now. https://t.co/yMXXW56Jh3

5. Abdulkadir Bello
Some weeks ago, Lagos Island flooded and the culprit, the government said was how Lagosians clog the drainages. So began the hashtag #pickthattrash. Mr Bello has cause to brag.
I'm very proud of my daughter. She keeps the trash in the car till we see a dustbin. Now, she makes me do same @obyezeks #PickThatTrash pic.twitter.com/XhqmJShcfI

Nice.
6. Tunde
What’s the best dating site on social media? Henry and Tunde argue it out:
Ever tried arguing with a woman? The results might leave you speechless.
Everything you say to a female in an argument is a new argument of its own… That includes your silence. There's really no winning! pic.twitter.com/rHiQePVYN1

7. Nathaniel Bassey
Because we cannot come and die on top of politics and irrelevant arguments, get refreshed with Nathaniel Bassey’s words:
God is UNPREDICTABLE on HOW He'll do it. But very PREDICTABLE that HE will do it if He said so.

Any weakness of the flesh that shows up when you are on verge of a breakthrough is overcome by the power in the blood. In Jesus' name.
