Every day on the Nigerian Internet, there are people who keep our eyes glued to our phone screens as we read their rants, opinions, perspectives on political and social matters, etc. Sometimes, they are just downright ridiculous. We make it our job to take down the names of these noisemakers.
Here’s our list from today:
1. Uchechukwu
We all have Trust issues;
You are in traffic, you buy gala/chips/ice cream…You don't pay until the hawkers gives you your change. So you hold on to the item & your money.
Meanwhile you already argued this tweet.
My dear…goan sidown! You are just like me?? pic.twitter.com/sQizd8ZlVA

Let me just leave this here for now. We will come back later because…

Writing itself can take like a day for some songs. Some, I leave when I’m stuck, n come back to later. Those can take months. But i generally don’t really finish working on a song until I’m about to release it. So yea, maybe a year. Maybe not. I feel like I’ve confused all of us. https://t.co/5ItJAeopl8

Osheeyyyy!!! Creative writer aye! I’m just joking ooo.
Keep the good music coming. Take your time if you have to.
3. Kossy Chukwu
It's funny how people go from talking Everytime on WhatsApp to just viewing each other whatsapp status only.

It is not funny, it is a very serious issue. This means the world has moved from prioritising social media relationships over physical (personal) relationships then to NO relationship at all.
Or… maybe we no longer see the need to have friends anymore. So we just wait for them to initiate a chat and when they do not, we assume they no longer need us.
4. Favour Onyeoziri
I remember when Blackberry first came out & many of us thought there will never be something better. Back then as an Undergrad,
if you didn't own a Blackberry then you were outdated, I mean how do you even want to collect 'BBM pin' from Big Girls on Campus? ???
— FAVOUR ONYEOZIRI (GCFR) (@Rouvafe) July 10, 2018
Memories…
I never used a Blackberry though. The buzz was not for me at all.
Okay, I used it for about one day and a half and returned it.
5. Olaudah Equiano
If you are a student or unemployed male, don't be under compulsion to foot your gf's bill. In fact, you shouldn't. There's time for everything. If you're put under any pressure to do so, yourself also being a dependant, you're in a wrong relationship. This message is for someone.

Biko nu, speak louder. You need to shout!
6. Onye Nkuzi
Ten years ago, China's economy was smaller than Japan's.
Today it is more than twice the size of Japan's economy.
If Nigerian politicians tell you, "we are dealing with the rot of 16 years of PDP" and "four years is not enough to make a difference" – you will agree, like mumu.

Congratulations BARRISTER Amasa Firdaus who was called to bar today with her Hijab. That didn’t come so easy, her victory is one of the many good advantages of Social Media. She fought not only for herself but for the generation to come. History will surely be kind to her. pic.twitter.com/GzFTGvm4eh
