The President after observing the silence headed back into the building while saluting flag bearers in a colorful commemorating formation.

This was through its official Twitter page which reads, “President Trump and the First Lady lead a moment of silence in remembrance of those lost on Sept 11, 2001.”

The 9/11 attack is the most dreaded attack launched on a US territory, caused by two hijacked planes which flew into the twin building World Trade Center in New York causing massive casualties, several injuries and billions of dollars in damages. The attack was orchestrated by notorious terrorist, Osama Bin-Laden who was later killed on 2nd May 2011, by a US raid of Naval seals in his compound in Bilal town, Abbottabad, Pakistan.
