President Trump has expressed his frustrations at Sessions since a New York Times interview last week where he voiced his disappointment at the attorney general’s decision to recuse himself from all Justice Department investigations. He also said that he would not have nominated the AG if he knew he would recuse himself immediately he assumed the position.
