Season 9 of Africa’s biggest show, Big Brother Naija, has now seen the exit of two contestants, Ben and Chizoba, who were eliminated on eviction night, September 15.
After being evicted, Ben and Chizoba leave the remaining contestants in the house to battle for the position of the show’s winner.

Rema alleges his contributions to Afrobeats are being ignored
Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, expressed in an interview that his contributions to Afrobeats are being ignored.
The singer was on The Breakfast Club show, where he said his efforts to contribute to Afrobeats are being constantly overlooked because he has only been in the music industry for a short period (three years).
“I think the success came too quickly, and some people wish I hadn’t gotten it too quickly. You know, when they want to give you respect, but you have to be ten years in the game, I feel like my career didn’t play according to those rules. And I was already breaking seven-year career records in just three years in the game. I already went international from my first EP,” he said.
“My impact in Afrobeats has been huge. Something as little as a major award shows creating an Afrobeats category because the success of my song has already opened gates.”
