Miley Cyrus has moved from sticking out her tongue, to spitting on her fans!

The 21-year-old ‘twerkster’ shocked concert goers during her Bangerz Tour in Tampa, when she drank water from a bottle and then spat it out on her audience.

Her adoring fans appeared to be enjoying the disgusting display as they cheered her on as she repeated the stunt several times. During the concert, the singer strutted the stage in plunging red and silver high cut glittering bodysuit.
