This is beyond weird.

Daniel Howland saw the dress, he loved the dress no matter the color, and he decided to commemorate his respect and admiration with a tattoo.

According to Buzzfeed, Howland had some extra space on his leg and said he “didn’t see a reason not to.” His tattoo artist, Nick York, was in full support of Howland’s choice saying, “it’s funny, because it’s stupid.”
