Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, is of the opinion that it is imperative for every leader, Nigerian or foreign, to be on social media.

Abubakar, who lost in the primaries of the presidential election of the All Progressives Congress, is an active personality on Twitter with 273,000 followers.

In a couple of tweets, he explains why he feels it’s important for leaders to be social media savvy.

As the new governments (FG/States) prepare to take office, focus must remain #JobsJobsJobs!!!
