280 MTN staff sacked; N50,000 minimum wage | The 5 numbers that mattered this week

280 – Telecommunications company, MTN Nigeria laid off this total number of full-time and contract staff on Tuesday.

N75 million – The amount the new management of embattled airline, Arik Air is forced to refund dissatisfied customers on a weekly basis.
