The construction of 2nd Niger bridge has been in the news of late.

Governor of Edo state, Adams Oshiomhole, has made himself the advocate of the bridge and many other things.

He challenged the former Minister of Works, Mike Onolemhemen, to explain how $700 million meant for the Niger Bridge was expended.

But it appears that some work has been done on the project, owing to recently surfaced pictures showing ongoing construction.

The progress rate can’t exactly be ascertained from the photos, but definitely, there’s been some semblance of progress.
