Audu Maikori is youth rep for federal government’s SURE programme

The federal government is today launching the public works component of the Subsidy Re-investment Programme (SURE-P).

The launch will hold at the Presidential Villa this morning and will be graced by President Goodluck Jonathan and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, coordinating minister of the economy.

It has been confirmed that Chocolate City co-founder and executive Audu Maikori will be the youth representative on the board for the programme. Mr. Maikori will be present at the launch.

The board is led by chairman of the board of the Pan African University and former Nigerian envoy to the United Kindgom, Christopher Kolade.

  1. The SURE program will sure be beneficial to all Nigerian citizens. With the broad representative covering all interest, I believe the project will hit the ground running with great projects. kudos to the economic team led by Dr. Iweala.
