Immediately after polling ended in his local government area, Femi Fani-Kayode tweeted that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won every “single ward of Ife Central in Osun state”.

The Director-General of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation also tweeted that: “Not only did we win in my polling booth and ward but we also won all of the 4 local government areas of Ile Ife, Osun state for Jonathan.”

We won every single ward in my local government area of Ife Central in Osun state for Jonathan. Praise God.

However, a Twitter user, @Yusuf_AKM, has shared a result purportedly the former Aviation Minister’s polling unit and it didn’t quite tally with Fani-Kayode’s assertion.

Fani-Kayode has disputed the claims made by this daring Twitter user saying: “That is not my polling unit and neither is it the result of a ward. We won in my polling unit and we won in my LGA and ward.”

Now, we are confused… who’s lying? Fani-Kayode or the whistle-blower?
