BREAKING: Buhari reduces ministries to 24 + Full list of ministerial portfolios

President Muhammadu Buhari has reduced the number of ministries to 24.

He revealed this on Wednesday, while assigning portfolios to the new ministers at their inauguration, taking place at the presidential villa.

Rotimi Amaechi was named minister of transport, while Babtunde Fashola was named minister of power, works and housing.

Below is the full list of the ministers and their portfolios:

1. Chris Ngige – (Anambra) Minister of Labour & Employment

2. Kayode Fayemi- (Ekiti) Minister of Solid Minerals
3. Rotimi Amaechi – (Rivers) Minister of Transportation
4. Babatunde Fashola -(Lagos) Minister of Power, Works and Housing
