The Christian reality TV show, God’s Children Got Talent, that has got many glued to their screens for a couple of weeks ended yesterday with the grand finale which held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island. The competition featured various talented children between the ages of 5-19 as they competed for the coveted prize of 10 million naira, a brand new car and a management deal worth 250 million naira.

There were a good number of stellar performances from various acts as well as performances from the 10 finalists after which the results of the voting were announced.

19-year-old singer, Esther Benyeogo, was crowned as the winner of the 7th edition of God’s Children Got Talent after her performance of Greatest Love of All which gave her a standing ovation. The show, hosted by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David under the leadership of Pastor David Iluyomade is a platform focused on identifying and celebrating talents in young Christians. The 19-year-old singer hopes to be like Sinach and Omawunmi in the coming years. She definitely deserved the top prize.
