The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the arrest of Senate President,  Bukola Saraki.

The bench warrant for the arrest of Saraki, was issued at the resumption of hearing of the case at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The prosecuting lawyer, Muslim Hassan, had before the recess, sought the bench warrant, over the refusal of Saraki, to appear at the trial.

Justice Danladi Umar of the CCT gave the order on Friday, September 18.
