Top blog! Cp-Africa rates YNaija.com as one of the top five in Nigeria

Top Nigerian website, www.cp-africa.com, run by Google’s Program Officer in Nigeria, Nmachi Jidenma, has rated YNaija as one of the top five blogs.

YNaija features in their newest list of top blogs, which hasn’t been updated since May 2011. According to them, “Today, popular Nigerian blogs in many ways drive the media conversation. Newspaper houses and radio station have time and time again in the past year brought issues popularized in the Nigerian blogosphere to mainstream audiences. Some have even found their way to the international media’s consciousness.

“With Nigeria’s vast Diaspora audience and massive population, the sky seems to be the limit for bloggers that have mastered the art of informing, engaging and entertaining people. Read… Why every Nigerian on the Internet should start a blog”

The top five blogs were decided by Alexa Rank/Popularity, Influence and Brand.

YNaija makes the list alongside BellaNaija, Linda Ikeji, TechLoy and NotjustOk.
