Judging from his social media profiles on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, Seun Bankuli is no longer D’Banj’s manager.

The profile no longer carry DB Records information and his Twitter avatar  now only carries a logo of Bankuli Entertainment, an entertainment outfit he started.

Details of the spilt are yet to be confirms but reports on Hip Hop World suggests they got into a heated argument when D’Banj found out Bankuli went to Paris after the Koko concert to work on Kanye West’s next album without telling him about it.

Also, Bankuli allegedly teamed up with G.O.O.D Music producer Travis Scott who was signed to Kanye West’s imprint last November and when D’Banj found out, it all went up in flames from there.

Bankuli who was D’Banj’s manager since the Mo’ Hits split, is also a known vocalist who was on ‘Lift Off’ featuring Beyonce on the ‘Watch The Throne’ album and  on ‘Illest Mothafucka Alive’ featured on the same album.

He’s a sound creator, artiste manager and developer.

  1. If they did not sign an exclusivity contract stopping Bankuli from doing other things in his own name, and not in the capacity as manager of D’Banj, then D’Banj cannot claim any offence. There is a reason it is called ShowBUSINESS
