At the House of Assembly primaries of the All Progressive Congress, Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot won the party’s ticket for the Surulere 1 Constituency.

Elliot will thereby represent Surulere at the Lagos State House of Assembly at the 2015 elections.

Meanwhile, gospel singer, Kenny Saint Best lost out to Folajimi Mohammed, the son of APC Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, in her bid to represent the Ikeja Constituency at the state House of Assembly.
