Talk of sex got a top Israeli politician giggling like a schoolboy during a serious parliamentary debate.

Education Minister Shai Piron was reduced to fits of laughter after saying the word “penetration” while talking about a new law against smuggling cell phones into prisons.

The pol, who is also a rabbi and educator, was just one sentence into his speech he’s just been given to read aloud when a wide grin took over his face.

Repeated attempts to continue proved fruitless as he wiped tears from his eyes and coughed.

And the rabbi’s infectious smile soon had the rest of the usually hard-nosed politicos rolling in the aisles — as his cackling spread throughout the room.

He eventually gave up and let a colleague take over.

Footage of Piron’s hysterical turn has gone viral online.

He later told reporters he’d been “caught off-guard” by the phrasing.
