EFCC interrogates former Minister, Abba Moro

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has quizzed the former minister of interior, Abba Moro, over the failed recruitment exercise of the Nigeria Immigration Service in 2014.

The NIS recruitment exercise of March 2014, saw 700,772 candidates pay N1000 each for a mere 4,000 available slots.

The crowd attracted for the test resulted in a stampedes in various stadiums around the nation.

TheCable reports that Moro was at the Abuja office of the EFCC on Monday, after being invited to respond to allegations of fraud in the recruitment tragedy.
