MURIC says Nigerians begged them not to sue Falz
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) said it is no longer contemplating court action against Folarin ‘Falz’ Falana, neither is it demanding an apology from him or his management over his “This Is Nigeria” video.
This development came 24 hours to the expiration of the seven-day ultimatum given to Falz to apologise to Muslims.
This was made known in a statement on Monday by MURIC’s Director, Ishaq Akintola.

Ariana Grande has reportedly got engaged to her boyfriend of three weeks, Pete Davidson.
People and Us Weekly say that the singer and comedian are getting ready to marry after becoming an Instagram-official couple in May. The stars, both 24, haven’t explicitly shared the news.
“It’s a recent engagement,” People says. “They’re just two people who found love quickly and make each other happy all the time.
“They both started talking about it this past weekend. It’s nothing they’ve been hiding.”
Avicii has been laid to rest nearly two months after death
Avicii’s funeral has taken place in Stockholm. The Swedish DJ – real name Tim Bergling – was found dead in Oman on April 20 after dying by suicide and has been reportedly laid to rest in a private ceremony with family and close friends.
According to reports, the ceremony was staged in Skogskyrkogarden, which is a cemetery in the Swedish capital that’s also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
