Janet Jackson Sued by Former Tour Manager

Janet Jackson has been sued by a former tour manager, Danny O’Donovan who claims in a new lawsuit that he was hired in 2016 to be the tour manager for Jackson’s State of the World Tour.

O’Donovan asserted that he was promised $25,000 per month and wasn’t paid for a several months while he was employed. He’s suing for $300,000, which is the amount he claims he’s owed. Pitchfork has reached out to Jackson’s legal team for comment.

Genevieve Nnaji accuses FilmOne for refusing to distribute ‘Lionheart’

Star Actress and Director, Genevieve Nnaji in a statement released on Wednesday accused FilmOne for refusing to distribute her movie ‘Lionheart’ primarily because they have no stake in it.

 

“It is sad to discover that the very people who pose as Nollywood supporters and promoters of their content are the very same people frustrating the efforts of filmmakers. FilmOne, one of the major film cinema distributors, has categorically refused to distribute Lionheart, primarily because they have no stake in it. They are currently invested in a couple of movies showing in the cinemas and want to protect their assets at all cost. Monopolizing the market this season is their strategy to recouping their investment,” the statement read.

I believe our kids should be protected from this sick pedophiles while we find a way to heal them. I expected that the likes of @bankywellington and @officialwajeshould have investigated on the story and not take sides so quickly knowing how influential they are. That’s what true leaders do. Offset’s Alleged Mistress featured in Cardi B’s Rap Rival Nicki Minaj’s ‘FEFE’ Music Video

Summer Bunni, the woman accused of coming between Offset and Cardi B, appeared in a Nicki Minaj video released in July.

The discovery of Summer’s appearance in “FEFE” where she was seen pouring whip cream into her mouth,comes just one day after Summer issued a tearful apology to Cardi, claiming responsibility for her actions and that she has not messed with Offset since he’s had his baby.

 

“I didn’t know how serious this marriage was. A lot of girls would just deal with this situation and just be like, ‘Yo, I’m the reason they’re getting a divorce. “I feel ashamed. It’s a lot, but just coming from me and to Cardi B and to our fans, to her family to her situation, these were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home,” Summer said in the video sent to TMZ.
