Despite denying receiving $350,000 (N64,382,500) from Ayiri Emami, BBA hotshots first runner-up, Tayo Faniran visited the Delta billionaire shortly after arriving in Nigeria.
It was reported that Tayo got the cash gift from Emami, after losing out the $300,000 (N55,185,000) cash prize of Big Brother Africa, to Tanzanian housemate, Idris Sultan.
Tayo would later refute the story, with a post on social media saying: “Who is he? Where is he, if this $350,00 na real, e mean say na this Chairman Ayiri be the real big brother. Are they MAD?”
However, upon returning to the country on Tuesday, December 16, Tayo paid Ayiri Emami a visit with iconic singer, 2face Idibia in attendance.
It then begs the question; what’s the purpose of Tayo’s visit if he has no affiliation whatsoever with the businessman?
