Just In: Former Airforce boss, Amosu, 10 others opt for plea bargain in N22.8bn fraud case

A former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshall Adesola Amosu has stated his intention to enter into a plea bargain with the Federal Government.

Amosu is on trial alongside 10 others for an alleged fraud of N22.8 billion diverted from the coffers of the Nigerian Airforce.

Air Vice Marshal Jacob Adigun and Air Commodore Gbadebo Olugbenga are standing trial alongside Amosu at an Abuja Federal High Court.

Also on trial are 8 companies namely Delfina Oil and Gas Limited, Mcallan Oil and Gas Limited, Hebron Housing and Properties Company Limited and Trapezites BDC Fonds and Pricey Limited.
