The Federal High Court sitting in Owerri on Friday has affirmed the election of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state.
Giving a ruling on the matter filed by Friday Nwosu against Ikpeazu, Justice A. I. Allagoa said that the plaintiff (Nwosu), was unable to prove that the tax documents were forged.
The court went further to rule that the tax documents were not forged, hence further dismissed the matter.
