Oh how quickly they grow!

It seems that just the other day Blue Ivy was small enough to be strapped to the  front of Beyonce as she did her rounds in New York City, but now Blue is a  little cutie with her own personal style.

Blue’s sneaker game has been set since birth, and she proved she was still  holding down the toddler sneaker throne when she was spotted out at lunch with  mama Beyonce and Papa Jay-Z.

For the laid back lunch in Pariii, we’re guessing daddy Jay took on the task  of dressing Blue in her b-girl inspired look.

Blue wore a graphic tee that read “Turn Up The Volume” paired with her little  toddler jeggings and a pair of $70 Kids’ Adidas Originals Hard Court Hi Big Trefoil  Shoes.
