This morning a Facebook user, Iregbogbo, narrated an interesting encounter he had with a road safety officer in Lagos.
In his narration, he claimed he was stopped by the officer for a bribe of N2000, only for the officer to forget his Blackberry Q10 phone in the car.
Now he wants to know if he should return the device.
