To a world that believes we can only stand tall and succeed on the shoulders of patriarchal norms

An ode to the society that doesn’t believe in gender equality and in our strengths

We are here to stay and challenge the norms that doesn’t see us and include us

We are here to change the narratives and make our dreams believable and realistic

We are done with your pretence to accept and believe in us

We choose to challenge gender bias and stereotypes.

We choose to challenge the male dominated business culture

We choose to challenge the strengths in our abilities

We choose to challenge the strategies and structures that side-lines us

We choose to challenge your incorrigible norms!

We choose to challenge your pretence, manipulation and imposition!

We choose to challenge to be seen, heard and matter in all major board rooms
