Oh wow! Starting the year off with nasty accusations certainly isn’t the way to go with New year resolutions. But one Nigerian artiste is taking the blow.
A popular Kenyan singer, Jaguar has accused Iyanya of using him to gain fame in East Africa.
In an interview with a Kenyan newspaper, Jaguar claims that the collabo he did with Iyanya on the track ‘One Centimeter’ remix is not getting any buzz in Nigeria but is a massive hit in East Africa.
He went further to say that Iyanya is not making any effort to make the song popular in Nigeria either.
Jaguar’s belief is that the main purpose of Iyanya partnering with him on the song is to gain popularity just in Eastern part of Africa.
He revealed that he sensed something fishy when Iyanya wanted the video shot in Nigeria by Clarence Peters which he didn’t agree to at first and then later it was shot in Nigeria by a Kenyan director named Thome.
