Presiden Muhammadu Buhari on Friday missed the Juma’at service at the Aso Rock mosque.

The president’s absence at today’s prayer was the first time he would not show up at the mosque since his return from a 50-day medical vacation in the United Kingdom.

Recall that Buhari was absent at Wednesday’s weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC).

Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed while reacting to the president’s absence said Buhari was absent from the meeting based on advice from his doctors.

The president’s absence at today’s prayer will bring into question again the state of his health and if he is still fit to run the country.
