Kemi Adetiba’s King of Boys grosses N100m at the cinemas

AY Makun’s Merry Men and Kemi Adetiba’s King of Boys are leading the pack for the highest grossing Nollywood movies this year.

This is according to FilmHouse Cinemas which declared that Merry Men had amassed N230million in the past 7 weeks while King of Boys, released late last month has grossed N100million at the cinemas nationwide.

Other movies that have raked in the money this year are Toyin Abraham’s The Ghost and the Tout (N80million), Omoni Oboli’s Moms at War (N65million) and Temidayo Abudu’s Royal Hibiscus Hotel (N59million).
