Well this is a clear indication that the myth that kids take after their parents is a… myth. The new fact should be that, they take after their parent but maybe not in their exact footsteps.

Thats the case for Farouq Ajobi Ayinde Marshall, son of Fuji music legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall knowns as Kwam 1 or K1 for short.

Based in Chicago, the 20-year-old is a talented rapper who is gearing up for the release of his new EP titled ‘The Future is here.’ The young lad just dropped the first single off the EP which is titled ‘The Intro’.

Having grown up in Lagos, Farouq spent a lot of time in Europe where he fell in love with poetry and naturally, rap.
