Photographers had an eyeful at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Paralympic Games, and who else to show them than the eccentric Lady Gaga. Donning a dress that made her look as though she was getting married, Lady Gaga celebrated the closing ceremony showing off her cleavage and ink. And she sure looked like someone who had taken more than her fair share of booze at the after-party.
