Leonid Stadnyk, adjudged by the Guinness book of world record as the tallest man in the world in 2007, has reportedly passed on.
44-year-old Stadnyk, standing at 8ft 4 inches died on Sunday, 24 August.
He suffered a haemorrhage following complications from persistent health problems.
Stadnyk was from the Ukrainian village of Podoliantsy.
