Adam Roberts, an Illinois man suspected of burglary related thefts was charged on Friday by the police but law enforcement agents are looking for more victims of the odd tattoo-faced man.

The question really is: Who draws such recognisable tattoo on his face he’s going to make a profession out of being a criminal?

According to Madison County sheriff’s Capt., Mike Dixon, “It’s the oddest thing I’ve ever seen in 20-plus years of law enforcement.

“I’ve seen horns on foreheads and stars on necks, but I’ve never seen a skull on a face,” Dixon reportedly said.

Roberts was taken into custody at a home in the 3000 block of Edsall Street in Alton. He is charged with three felony charges of burglary.
