When a media platform starts advertising aggressively, with Google Ads, of all things, two things are involved.
– They are not playing at all.
– The pockets behind them are deep.
The results are showing, shooting into the top 300 of Nigerian sites in less than a year of active pushing.
The product itself? Meh. Same old news, same old recycled material. But who are we to say? Naij.com after all has used the same strategy to climb up the ladder.
And there appears to be more where this money is coming from. So they will be here for some time.
