Stephanie Busari, who has broken some major #BringBackOurGirls stories for CNN, and finally made the book to Nigeria to lead the digital operation for CNN Africa last year, is one of our favorite people in the world.

She has received a Peabody Award for her impressive work. And now she gets something else, that’s very well deserved.

 

At the 2017 Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF), she was one of the recipients of the 42nd annual Gracie Awards, known as The Gracies. The event held during the week at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

 

Stephanie was honoured under the Television GALA honourees for her role as a news producer.
