Reggae singer Patoranking has emerged best new act in the ongoing MTV Music Africa.

So far, the young man has had a great year with a string of hit songs and international collaborations.

He is yet another Nigerian to emerge as winner tonight defeating tough acts such as Anna Joyce (Angola), Casper Nyovest (South Africa), Duncan (South Africa) and Stonebwoy (Ghana) in his category.
