Mystery buyer purchases Donald Trump’s Childhood home for $2.14m

President Donald Trump‘s childhood home has a new owner.

The president’s former house in Queens’ affluent Jamaica Estates neighborhood was up for sale in August with an asking price of $1.55 million.

The five-bedroom, five-bath Tudor-style home sold to real estate mogul Michael Davis, of Wareham Holdings LLC, in December for $1.39 million, according to Fortune reports. On Monday, Davis sold the flipped house at auction for $2.14 million, earning a $75,000 profit.

The new owner,  another mystery buyer purchased the property under the name Trump Birth House LLC. Trump had earlier expressed an interest in buying his old home, which was built by his father, Fred Trump, in 1940.

“I want to buy it,” Trump told Jimmy Fallon. The White House is yet to comment on the development.
