The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has said that the nation’s currency, the naira is the third worst perfoming currency globally this year.

In a series of tweets on its official Twitter handle, @PdpNigeria, the opposition party compared the naira to other currency of other African Nations.

The graph showed that the Naira has dropped the lowest.

According to the party, the Naira only bettered the Venezuelan bolivar and the Suriname Dollar globally.

Globally, only the Venezulan bolivar & the Suriname Dollar have performed worse than the Naira in 2016.
