EFCC Chairman has a message for money launderers

The Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu has reiterated that there is no hiding place for money launders as he promised that the law will surely catch up with them.

He made this position known on Tuesday at a one-day workshop organized by the Nigeria Bar Association in collaboration with the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption titled: “Anti-Corruption, Ethics of The Legal Profession and Justice Sector”, at the Rockview Hotel, Abuja.

He however called on lawyers to always guide and check his activities and call him to order when necessary as only people watching from the sideline will know when he is going off track.

He promised that there is nothing personal in the fight against graft as everything he does is guided by the fear of God and for the interest of the future of the unborn generation.
