Okeoseye Odiah, who lost 4 children to a mudslide in Magodo, has been given N5m as compensation by the Lagos state government.
The building, which collapsed three weeks ago, killed 4 of Odiah’s 7 children.
The mudslide was caused by a heavy downpour which led to the collapse of the bungalow located at Orisha Street, Isheri, Magodo.
On Thursday, the Commissioner for Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Relations, Seye Oladejo, presented a N5m cheque to Odiah.
